Car park floodlight on during daylight

In addition to post elsewhere that specifies optimum alignment of all car park floodlights and cameras (including internal) there is one car park floodlight that is usually on at some point during daylight hours. This long-outstanding matter is part of basic maintenance that ought to have been fixed ages ago.
